"My experience was on 5/6/2026 I have no complaints about the facility itself. The hotel is excellent, very nicer and conveniently located near the airport. The property itself was great. However, the service was horrible. I made a reservation for this hotel but when I arrived they sent me to another hotel from the same company located about 15 miles away. I had to take a cab and pay for the transfer myself. They did not even offer transportation assistance. They claimed that I had booked the wrong hotel, which is not true. I booked the hotel through Orbitz and the reservation process was very clear. Again, the hotel itself was excellent, and I have nothing against the hotel company as a whole. This was mainly a customer service and communication issue. The effort to accommodate me was close to none. I hope this review helps future guests."

"Great luxury hotel a few yards from the beach. Staff are very helpful, facilities are great. Spa offers a great range of services, my wife enjoyed her treatment and we also had use of the sauna, steam room, plunge pool and pool. "

"The hotel is “ok”. The location is very good and accessible. For some reason the hotel just stank, it smelled like bathroom. In our room it smelled liked poop and in the hallways. I dont know if they have an issue with the bathrooms but it just smelled bad. The air conditioning was working well ans we notified and they said they couldn’t do anything. It was very hot we were sweating sleeping. Also the room doesn’t have much lighting its a very dark soom. Breakfast was mid."

"We were not informed in advance that the Pool & the sunbathing area around the pool would be completely closed for the duration of our stay…. If we had been notified in advance we would have cancelled our booking and arranged an alternative hotel with those facilities….. when we brought the issue up with the hotel they just said it’s on our website…. ( I didn’t see this and despite the fact they sent numerous emails in advance offering paid upgrades, requesting advance information etc they never mentioned it….. very poor )"
