Special mention to the organic farm they have, we enjoyed a tour and all our meals sourced ingredients from right on site. Location was close enough to Kandy for sightseeing but much nicer to be away from the city and surrounding by nature and the mountain view. Especially from the spa pool!! Highly recommend"

"This place is amazing, the service was exceptional from arrival to departure, staff are very helpful and pleasant. We had Chulan who looked after us during our stay and was very attentive and helpful. This place is old charm but with modern day facilities. "The staff went above and beyond to welcome us. When I thought I'd lost my passport they were ready to help in whatever way they could. The breakfast and dinner were terrific. In addition to all the traditional breakfast items there was a wide assortment of local dishes. We sampled as many as we could. The pool was lovey, the gym was clean and the hot tub was delightful. We made it to the nightclub and danced to the DJ who started at 6pm. We went at 8pm and had the dance floor to ourselves. We had an issue with some guests two rooms down from us that were very loud at 3am. I informed the staff and it ended about 15 minutes later."

"The Sevena City Hotel was the perfect base for our visit to Kandy. It was an easy walk to city center and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth. We were close to the Kandy Esala Perahera routes but far enough away to not feel caught up in the chaos. I would highly recommend the hotel if visiting Kandy."

"The hotel is located very convenient near the temple of the sacred tooth relic. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. We came by car and could park at the hotel car parking in front of the hotel. From there we were incredibly friendly and sufficient guided through the whole process. Within no time we were in our rooms.. with a nice few and wonderful balcony. The diner and breakfast were wonderful. The owner of the hotel can be proud on this staff group!! Also the Barista across the street was a big plus."
