"We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel had a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient, and the overall service was excellent. We especially appreciated how attentive the staff were and how quickly they responded to our needs. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back again. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay."

"Everything was great! We visited from September 15th toto the 19th. When coming to the staff: Housekeeping was great, every time I call for towels, they brought them right away. I had an issue with my vault, and the locksmith came right up and fixed it. The entertainment around the pool with Maria (aka Nicki Minaj) was warm, energetic and electrifying. Yarel at the front desk was so hospitable and welcoming. Very pleasant young man. John who handled out luggage was very kind. Annette and myself Tracey came down to celebrate my Birthday. When we arrived, we went to the Grill for lunch while we waited for our room. Unbeknown to me Annette had told Leo the waiter we were celebrating my Birthday. From that point on Leo took charge of our dining experience. Leo at night in the different restaurants and Luis in the mornings for breakfast in the Kitchen restaurant. All the waiters and waitresses were great. However, we gravitated to Leo and Luis. Luis was like a breath of fresh air in the morning accommodating our every need. Luis was amazing. When coming to Leo. This man was AWESOME!!!! When I tell you this man went above and beyond believe me. He has a passion for pleasing customer service that I haven't seen in decades, and I have been in Foodservice for 52 years. Leo is that special person that come's around once in a lifetime that warms a stranger's heart while on vacation and makes the whole vacation experience worthwhile. He has a contagious smile and energy."
