This was a very big property so getting around sometimes required waiting on a shuttle which they would just pass you by most of the times or tell you they'll be back. On my first day I was placed in a room that smelt like mold and I had to wait for hours for them to switch me to a better room. No one answers the phone when you call the front desk so forget about it. You just have to walk to the front desk then wait in line again. The food was below average we had to pick and choose what to eat. That being said the buffet was probably better than the onsite restaurants. I think there is potential for this place to be better but it would start with management addressing some of these issues.
