  • Welcome to our newly built luxury condo in the tranquil El Encanto neighbourhood of the world-class Punta Mita Resort. Our 4,850 sq. ft. condo features modern furnishings and stunning views of the Sierra Madre Mountains and the Bay of Banderas. It is one of the largest condos in El Encanto where you can enjoy a large private pool, breakfast service, housekeeping, and concierge services during your stay. You will have access to four exclusive beach clubs with applicable fees, tennis and pickleball courts, a workout facility, and two signature golf courses all with applicable fees. You will also have access to the El Encanto Club including a pool and gym.
    Our fully stocked kitchen, complete with a BBQ, and indoor and outdoor dining and living spaces, including a large outdoor terrace, provides the perfect setting for relaxing or entertaining the family. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and balcony, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. Come and experience the ultimate vacation with us.
