Room was far away from the resort and in very poor condition. I would give the resort 3-4 stars but the room 1-2 stars. All the activities cost extra money. Food was overpriced.

When we got there our room key would not unlock the door. They had to come and put a battery in to get auto lock to work with our card. The hotel staff was not all that helpful.
