Breakfast, staff, amenities were good! The appearance of the lobby, halls, furniture etc. was a bit "tired" and I thought we had perhaps made a mistake but it was great for us! Be careful at the Cancun airport when getting your shuttle! We ended up taking a cab which was a ridiculous cost!
