"We had a very unique and enjoyable experience at Hotel Eremo Della Giubliana. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival and our check in went very efficiently. We were provided a tour of the property and a brief history of the hotel. Our room was spacious and bed was quite comfortable. Amenities at the hotel are as shown on their website. We enjoyed an incredible dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel and all the food was homemade and cultivated on the property. Fantastic quality! Ample breakfast buffet as well. If you are looking for a unique experience outside the city of Ragusa this is your place. Mille Grazie to the kind staff at Hotel Eremo Della Giubliana! We look forward to coming back."

"One cannot say enough about this sweet place in Ragusa. The rooms are well appointed, the terrace room added another dimension looking out on the rooftops, cathedral tower, and hillside. We had a dinner snack at sunset on the terrace which set off the marvelous day we had at the Valley of Temples (note you could see them lit at night from the terrace). Great beds -- we slept very well and enjoyed a great shower. The best part of the stay was the help from Benny who got us a bottle of wine for our sunset snack, helped with luggage, and prepared coffee and a lovely breakfast for us before we left. Highly recommend."

"The breakfast menu was not only delicious but a feast for the eyes! Really enjoyed sitting by the pool with an Aperol spritz. The staff is both amazingly helpful and lovely "

"The hotel is very dated and not sound proof at all. There were almost 70 kids on a school trip that were out of control and running around all the halls. I had a group staying in the room above mine that were banging moving things around and screaming! I had to go down to reception around 11:30 pm because coincidentally my phone didn't work (I believe that was on purpose, so no one could call down to complain). No apologies, even the next morning. They acted like we were the problem and they didn't care. The kids didn't stop the noise until 2:30am! If the hotel is going to accommodate students, then they should not book regular clients! Breakfast was ok. Also, didn't see any hot tub."

"This hotel is beautiful. I hope to return for a longer stay. It’s a beautiful old piazza, fully renovated with modern accessories in a very elegant way. Breakfast was great, pool beautiful, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and free. Sadly, I didn’t get to visit the spa but nearby Ragusa Ibla was fantastic. This hotel is 10/10."
