"The resort was absolutely beautiful from end to end. Our rooms were great and clean as well. We had two butlers Wendizon and Amy who were so helpful the whole trip. Miguel at the Shark Bar was lovely. Really all of the staff was so friendly. Views were incredible! 10/10 would recommend this resort and hope to be back!"

"The whole experience was amazing! ANGEL, was beyond helpful, especially for car pick ups and drop offs, planning meals and booking us golf carts so we had transportation on the island! The cleaning staff, chefs and bartender were 10 out of 10. The house was beautiful, the views were sooo nice, and you had a front row view to the sunrise every morning!Definitely recommend booking this house!"

"This was such a great house. It's a pretty rocky road to get to it but it's gorgeous views & total hospitality was so amazing. The housekeeper was awesome. Stacy the manager saved the day on several occasions & the owners were so responsive & awesome. Book this one for a wonderful trip. We went with 3 kids & they loved the pool & views every evening! Go get coffee daily at Lacandona! Enjoy the many iguana friends down below too! Such a treat!"

"As a family of 5, traveling can get hectic. This was our first time traveling out of the country and Delia made it so much easier for us. She set up all of our transportation and the golf cart drop off and pick up. Without her help, I think we would have definitely had a stressful start to our vacation. We were greeted upon arrival and she was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The staff on site were also great. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. We enjoyed the pool everyday, as well as the jacuzzi tub. We had a hard time finding a public beach on the south end, because there are many beach clubs. On our last day we paid to use the gafarron beach right behind the condo and had a blast. Well worth the money! We also used the golf cart and were able to walk down to a beach area on the Atlantic side. There is a bar/restaurant called The Joint that has live music right down the road. There is also another restaurant within walking distance with amazing tacos and you can feed horses. A little further down the road is a coffee van. Great coffee and such a fun spot to start the morning! This area is much quieter and low key than the main town, which we loved!! If it weren't for the location and the beautiful home, I dont think we would have enjoyed Isla Mujeres as much as we did. Absolutely recommend staying here! FYI, there are a lot of stairs from the entrance gate to the top balcony of the house (79-84 depending on which one of my kids you ask)"

"The view is amazing. The ac works great and the kitchen is awesome. We made fresh fish and shrimp tacos. All the pots and pans you need. They also provided water."

"Such a cool house. Everything about this house screams relaxation. Only draw back was the kitchen and living room area being outdoors. In July in Mexico it is just too hot to cook outside unless you have a grill in the open areas. That would be my only suggestion is maybe they could add some type of grill or griddle out back around the hammock area where it is shaded. The kitchen is too closed off so no air circulation makes for a miserable cooking experience. All in all I would definitely stay here again. The house was perfect for what we needed."
