"The staff was friendly the property was clean and quiet "

" Wow, what an experience. First a disclaimer that I do believe that the administration could invest in doing some cosmetic maintenance on the property like refurbishing the pool, redoing some woodwork, and another example my shower head (room 503) needed replacing, It was spraying all cockeyed. My sink would also clog up immediately. These are little things that add up. BUT! The customer service here is out of this world. You feel genuine appreciation from the staff about your visit and your experience here. I really was not expecting that, especially considering that you just never know when traveling internationally but the people here are amazing. The wait staff is amazing. The hotel staff is amazing. The restaurant food is outstanding! On top of just the stay itself, the hotel is very interactive with different amenities for purchase. (we rented a golf cart for a day and had a blast! Side note: administration would do well by upgrading the ones they have now because they aren’t running the best these days we had to switch our cart assignment twice due to that). They also have classes for the guests, they have a group chat where they post the actives for the day before. I can’t wait to go back and I actually hope to use their member and try out their other locations. "This is a very nice home with functional amenities. We have stayed at other properties on the island and the simple things such as Air conditioning, toilets, clean pool have been a problem. Not with this house. Everything worked exceptionally well. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo on the south end of Isla Mujeres! The aesthetics and layout of the space were very impressive—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location was peaceful and scenic, offering a nice break from the busier parts of the island, while still being easy to get around. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful, especially when we experienced a few brief power outages. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. A couple of small things could have made the stay even better: additional seating on the balcony and around the pool would have been a great touch, and we only had towels for four guests even though there were five of us. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this condo to others looking for a relaxing stay on Isla Mujeres! "

"Hidden gem"

"Plenty of room. Nice and quiet. Pool was terrific. Some minor issues with toilet tank not filling correctly (float would stick) in the casita with outside bath. Internet was very fast. Kitchen well equipped for our group but only meals we prepared was breakfast. "

"Casa Toloc is absolutely amazing! We had 7 adults and had plenty of room. The 4 bedrooms are all beautiful, plenty of space throughout the home without feeling like you’re on top of each other. Plenty of Towels, blankets, closet space and bathroom toiletries. If you prefer a quieter location this house is perfect, it’s located in the south side of the island, with a golf cart it’s easy to get to the north side. What really made the home perfect is the property mgr Chema, he was so helpful with arranging transportation and recommending restaurants. Chema is great!Our group hopes to return to Casa Toloc soon!"

"This property has so much potential. The good: - great location, great ocean view. Just a few minutes from Punta sur. Felt safe, really the whole island felt safe. - the bed & couch were so comfortable! Felt clean except a few dusty areas. - there was a small pool that was nice, our boys had it all to themselves. Also rooftop Jacuzzi (not heated) was nice. Beautiful views from the rooftop! - nice & quite community, very few residents or guests present while we were there The bad: - it was a little tricky to find within the complex - there was a (nice) worker there at 5 PM when we arrived trying to check in. We were both surprised each other were there. He was cleaning up and then gathered some things and left. - the digital keypad malfunctioned several times. My husband went back to grab something while we were at a beach and he was there a long time trying to get in. He was NOT happy and actually went around through an abandoned condo and accessed our condo through the rooftop entry, which thankfully wasn’t locked! - NO hot water in the showers! And very poor water pressure. - NO washcloths were provided. We found a bag of extra towels in a closet, but still no washcloths. And only one roll of toilet paper provided for each bathroom (5day/4 nights). We did go buy more. - No oven, only stove top, which wasn’t a huge deal, but just FYI. No washer and dryer available either, again not a huge deal but just nice to know. "
