If you’re looking to relax, enjoy great food, and take in beautiful views, this is the perfect hotel. If you’re looking to party, this probably isn’t the place for you. The rooms are beautiful, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. Everyone who works there goes above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care of. We had a fantastic stay at Impressions Isla Mujeres. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. A huge thank you to Lalo and especially Rafa, our butler. Rafa was the best butler we’ve ever had and made everything easy, from reservations to helping us recover a swimsuit we accidentally left behind. The staff made our celebration extra special, and we can’t wait to come back. If possible, request Rafa, he’s amazing!

Very nice resort and top notch staffing. A private butler makes the trip truly feel special but there were a few things that fell a little short. Yes it sounds small but the water slide is not functional this time of year which was a bit sad for the Mr. Stick to Sake, Wildfire, and Unik for dinner as they are by far the best restaurants on the property. The small resort is very relaxing and their daily activities cater towards that. Don’t expect party nights or people staying out late. April, their activity specialist is lovely and her upbeat attitude really brings life to their events! This resort is made to be relaxing which can be a bit boring if not prepared so bring a few good books, book some excursions, and rent a golf cart to see the island while you’re there.

My expectations for this resort were extremely high due to the very elevated price point per night, but unfortunately I can't say they meet my expectations. To start off with the arrival to the hotel via catamaran is top notch! Very enjoyable and a unique experience getting to and from the hotel grounds. Once on the property the disappointment begun. My biggest qualm is with the the rooms are pretty standard medium size hotel rooms and the hot tubs are are more like small soaking baths. Food was okay, again for the high price point expected very high quality food, also they only had a few restaurants open for lunch and dinner so was a bit frustrated there weren't many places to eat quickly. There were pros, the location is unbeatable, you are adjacent to the clearest blue Caribbean waters, every room comes with a butler who are very attentive and helpful. You have the gorgeous boat ride to and from the hotel, the property pools are all stunning and all facing the ocean and they did offer a variety of events onsite each night. I just think for this being one of the most expensive resorts in the region I expected more and definitely would not come back unless the nightly rate was lower.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Impression Resort. From the moment we arrived, everything was top tier. The private catamaran experience was a highlight, and the entire trip felt special from start to finish. David and Zelma were incredibly helpful and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. The resort itself is beautiful with great aesthetics, stunning ocean views, and a perfect beachfront location. The food and drinks were 10/10, and our room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed to relax. Overall, one of the best experiences we’ve had. I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was excellent—safe, quiet, dining, and comfortable transportation. The area felt welcoming and comfortable, which really added to the experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.
