"Pro’s: Clean, spacious, beautiful, friendly staff, a/c. Con’s: Construction, parking is difficult, there’s roosters that will wake you up at 3am."

"I think in a few years after there is more development in the area this place will do better. For now, no safe in the room, we did not have a coffee maker in our room either, light above the sink didn't work, room was super small. Nothing close by, you have to walk a very long ways to get to anything, no cabs even close by. Staff only work 8am-4pm, so you are basically on your own. We had booked for a week and left after first night. Since we booked and paid in advance we only were refunded for one night. Pretty frustrating experience for us. We heard the other guests in the morning also complaining about our same concerns."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Casa Ita Surf. The location could not have been better — walkable to everything and perfect for exploring the area. The staff truly went above and beyond, and Lina was especially amazing. She communicated with me about anything I needed and made the entire experience seamless. The hotel itself was peaceful, quiet, and exactly the calm vibe I was looking for as a solo traveler. This trip exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a chill, relaxing, and welcoming place in Puerto Escondido."

"Room was simple but nicely decorated, comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the shower, staff was friendly and extremely helpful, they felt like friends by the end of our stay, property was beautifully landscaped and the breakfast was delicious, everything was healthy and fresh, just a few blocks walk to the beach and La Punta shops and restaurants. "
