"I loved staying here. I stayed 6 nights. The gardens and two pools are beautiful. There are fountains. The WiFi is great. The staff are nice. They have laundry service. It’s a tropical place in the city. I recommend it and hope to return."

"Hotels.com doesn't pay to this hotel since long time ago, so they didn't let me stay. Moreover, the location hotels.com was giving me continuously was wrong. I spent like 4h talking with hotels.com agents and finally they didn't relocate me. And as the agents took me 4h asking the same question, when they told me I wasn't going to be relocated, it was too late to find another hotel on my own. So I had to sleep on the street. "the hotel is to the standard you would presume for a 2 star hotel. you get what you paid for.. breakfast served at la chill was good but dont ask for any drink even water because you wont get it. I was served tap water... room was big but bathroom is very dirty, towels were horrible (take your own!) and house keeping didnt come our whole stay! very good location though, although a lot of noise from the restaurant till very late!"
