"Had a recent 4 day stay at the Boone La Quinta, Rooms were spacious & clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning hot breakfast was excellent, with different choices each morning. Only slight issue was the road traffic noise if you happen to be on the street side, but that was also manageable. Would highly recommend this property if you 're staying in the Boone area."

Was told breakfast wasn’t included even though it was with Expedia reservation. Had to request they look that up. Regardless, it’s a great place to stay right in downtown. We’ll reserve again."

"This property is amazing and the room we got, which was facing the lake was absolutely perfect. I would not recommend the historic rooms because the windows don’t open easily. We were originally scheduled for that room, but the front desk was able to get us moved to a room with a balcony. We will definitely plan a trip back."
