Rooms were new and gorgeous. Sound proofing wasn’t incredible but the hotel was quiet enough by 10pm. Restaurant was nice and overlooked the ocean but the service was mediocre. Would stay here again. Probably dine elsewhere.

the dining staff gave excellent service , continuously filed our water glass, friendly ,knowledgeable about wine list, asking if all is well, smiling faces , thanks for your attention
Fantastic stay, the little added touches to make my Dog more comfortable too was much appreciated. Will definitely be my go to play when staying on the island.
Outside music speakers from restaurant played until 1100 pm then midnite then 10:30. But nobody was outside any of the nights. Air conditioner/ heater vibrated through the whole room and came from rooms on both sides.
Facilities were great. Staff great. Location great.
Second night at 10pm the unit next to us started a blood curdling fight. Walls were hit and voices of two very furious men were loud with constant swearing for half an hour. I called the front desk they spoke to them and they settled for a few minutes and then continued their verbal and physical fighting. I contacted front desk a second time and after about 45 minutes they settled down but there was still a muffled argument. My wife was frightened and didn’t get to sleep until about 2 am. She is 77 and frail.
I talked to the manager in the mourning and she said I should have called the police. It is not my place to call the police. That is the responsibility of the Inn. She gave us a free breakfast because I said I wanted my bill to be lowered. She couldn’t because I booked through Expedia.
This spoiled our first vacation since the start of COVID.
Will Expedia give us some kind of financial discount?
Not a voucher but money off our Expedia bill.

We were greeted by John and he was fantastic! Welcoming and happy and helped get us everything we needed. All staff was pleasant and friendly and polite. Definitely coming back.
Beautiful Inn. Stayed for Valentine's day, and had an amazing, romantic dinner at the restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the location is perfect, right across the road from the beach. Will definitely go back again!

Looking for a quiet stop over near the beach……I think this place is ok but the bones are of an old creaky motel that isn’t quiet among other guests.
The restaurant is quite nice and the front desk staff are very nice.
I wouldn’t stay again just because the level of noise etc from it being old underneath the renos as I am a very light sleeper. If the price was better adjusted to reflect that it would be an ok stay for most.
The location is stunning! Sweeping ocean views, modern atmosphere, excellent restaurant, wonderful staff. Our corner ocean view room was amazing! Very clean and close to many amenities.
Nice hotel in a great location. Pretty even in winter time. Restaurant quite good and service in hotel and restaurant were excellent.
A little pricey for winter rates though.
