"The room was clean & staff was very helpful, especially Latoya. We were first time visitors to the city & she graciously took the time to give us directions, even writing them down & telling me about a helpful app where I could buy tickets for the Long Island Railroad. She made our venture out alone so much easier!"

"If you going by car, rethink the hotel option, there is no parking, only valet for 50$. The room was having some weird smell. Don’t think we gonna stay here again."

"Okay so…. We enjoyed our stay very much- it’s just a few extra steps away from the main hub which is great because you aren’t being bombarded by honking on prince street but there are definitely opportunities for the cleaning staff to do better. The hotel Is dated and needs refurbishment in so many areas but that said- I still like the option of having a home base and a suite to stay in if staying for more than one night. Management needs to take a good look around to each room and make improvements. They know what to do- just put some work into it. All this said I would stay again."
