"Had a wonderful few days at The Bear in Rodborough. The staff were wonderful especially Nicky who went out of her way to make our visit special. Food was lovely and breakfast wax really good. The views are amazing Would come again 🙂"

"Appartamento molto spazioso e ben fornito, ottimale per famiglie con bambini (diversi giochi a disposizione, le nostre bimbe hanno apprezzato molto!). Spazio all'aperto, anche per mangiare, e parcheggio privato recintato. Posizione molto tranquilla - è necessaria la macchina, ma è in un punto strategico per visitare le Cotswolds. Ci siamo trovati molto bene."

Attractive and stylish Cotswold cottage with wonderful rural views - Pear Tree Cottage, Cherington

"Cottage is in perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds, in a peaceful, quiet village. Parking is on the road outside the cottage, we never had a problem. There are very low door ways upstairs which my 6 foot husband banged his head, so bad there was a bleeding deep gash. This was not mentioned anywhere, despite quite amusing H&S warnings in the folder ("don't slam your fingers in drawers" "don't fall between the beds") Beds are comfy, we always take our own pillows, but ones there looked ok. Nice living room with sofas. Garden is good to sit out in, shady in the afternoon which suited us in a heat wave. We had one issue that was sorted within a couple of hours, so good service there. However, it just need a really good clean, especially the bathroom and kitchen. We swept dead flies off window sills, and weeks worths of cobwebs. there is too much "stuff", ornaments etc making it dusty. kitchen cupboards are dirty inside, and filled with way too many plates etc. We had a good week, but I would not book this particular cottage again unless it had been thoroughly cleaned."

"Lovely 2-bedroom stone cottage with spectacular views of the Cotswolds! Well apportioned kitchen which we barely used due to our daily sightseeing travels and dining. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Roads to the cottage were extremely narrow for an American learning to drive on the left side of the road, but we left without any damage to our rental. Centrally located between Bath, Bourton-on-the-Water, Castle Combe, and Broadway. Stroud market on Saturdays is a nice experience, as was the Stroud Brewery and Egypt Mill in Nailsworth."

"We had a really good time at Treetops. Very clean and comfortable 👌 Would recommend to anyone. Cheltenham was our best day out, but quite central to all Cotswold areas."

"Lovely cottage with a sunny garden. Nice decoration. Parking nearby is sometimes difficult. 10 minutes walk to the city center or the Waitrose supermarket, but both are a steep climb back. Stroud is not very attractive, but lots of beautiful Cotswold villages within a 30 to 45 minutes drive."
