"We’ve stayed at Amber Cottage before, it’s a lovely place and great for trips in the vicinity. All was clean and accessible, nice selection of games and enough space in the evening to sit together."

"Spent a really peaceful week at a great location and lovely accommodation. Close to dog friendly beaches, super coastal path walks and even though out of season plenty to do. The Annex had everything to give a comfortable stay. Small private enclosed garden so no chance of my little doggy friend escaping, but plenty of room for her to play. Def consider a return trip."

"This place is a hidden gem, I am only leaving this review out of respect for the effort the owners have put into this property, If I was more selfish, I would keep it a secret, so that I know it will be available next time!Ideally placed as I hub for sightseeing around North Norfolk, right nice to two top notch breakfast cafe’s (I’ll let you decide which is best) and minutes away from amazing beaches.Comfortably sleeps six, well equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom."

"Very clean, well decorated and well supplied with equipment.. parking easy, good location, Additions: could have bed side light in large bedroom, some hooks in bathroom, a new frying pan, Oversll, an excellent cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Minor point, kitchen roll in kitchen would be helpful"

"I arrived at the property and it was immediately clear that the bedsheets had not been changed. There were muddy paw prints and visible dog hairs all over the bedding. I contacted the host straight away, who offered to change the bedding but insisted it was “clean, just stained” and that this had been missed by the cleaners. However, if the bedding was clean, it should not have had dog hair on it. This raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property. If something as basic as fresh bedding had not been done, I did not feel confident that other items such as towels or surfaces had been properly cleaned either. As a result, I did not feel comfortable staying and had to leave immediately and find alternative accommodation. Despite this, the host has refused to issue a refund, even though I was unable to stay due to the condition of the property on arrival. Very disappointing experience and not what I expect when booking paid accommodation"

"Wonderful large house set in spacious grounds.Good location for exploring beaches nearby. House was clean , tidy with everything needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.Communication throughout from the host Amy was first class. "
