"Overall, taking price into account, we give it 4/5 stars or 8.5/10. *THERE IS NO ELEVATOR AT THIS PROPERTY AND IT IS 2 STORIES* Room was clean, renovated, and overall nice. Beds were a medium firmness. Walls were well insulated. We were impressed with how nice it felt in the room. They have a cool pancake robot at breakfast. Our chief complaints were that: 1) We asked for a quiet room and staff put us directly next to the only other family on our side of the building. We could clearly see that there were plenty of available clean rooms that were more quiet and isolated. 2) There was no elevator."

"Our accessibility room was very nice, large separate living room. Nice size bathroom with grab bars. The room was clean, bed comfortable. A/C was loud but we found a switch on the wall to turn off in separate room. Was not happy that there was some mildew in the shower. Otherwise it was all good. Elevator needed new carpet. So first impression is not good. Breakfast was decent. Location was good. Cracker Barrel right in front of the hotel."

"This was one of the cleanest places we have stayed! I will say we were expecting two queen bedrooms, one not being a pull out sofa bed but that probably could have been miss communication on our part. There is one room upstairs with multiple bunk beds, one room with a queen or maybe king bed up stairs also, and another room downstairs with a pull out sofa bed. The hot tub was very clean and great size!! Definitely would go back!"

"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful retreat. The views were amazing and the fishing was excellent. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well. The place was nice and clean and had nice touches like a coffee bar and a supply of spices, oil, etc. in the kitchen. The host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay great!"
Newly Renovated Cabin Close to Downtown Chattanooga

"The cabin is spacious & very comfortable. We loved visiting some of the sights around Chattanooga. However, the term "Recently Renovated" is a little misleading.Kitchen was decent with plenty of dishes, but pots & pans, get rid of the old teflon. The cabin had not had a deap cleaning in a while. Many of the door handles were loose & falling off & most of the locks were broken or falling off, even on exterior doors. Porch & spa areas very dusty. The lake was not really suitable for swimming or fishing.Basically, you have a really nice cabin that needs some TLC."
