It is an old property the floors were renovated but all the walls were old. There was limited wall plus for charging phones. Everything was run with extesion cords including the a/c. There was no thermostat that we saw so the baseboard heaters had to be turned off and on beside each one. In general it wasnt bad and the view was wondeful. This property could use a big renovation and the addition of something for kids would be nice aswell.

Not very comfortable,deadbolt didn’t work or sliding door screen or lock work.Very dated which can be quant if up kept.Very loud people upstairs,heard a lot.Has a beautiful view but needs a lot of work.We will not be back but affordable.Towels were not all towels some where rags and shampoo and conditioner not sealed and obviously refilled. I wish the new owner luck because there is a lot of potential but will need a big investment.Hope no corners cut.

Property was rustic and miminal. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.View from balcony is lovely. However I choose this place because the website indicates a restaurant which was not open and has not been for some time. The wifi wouldn't stay connected. Was alright as I was there only to sleep.

Coffee was freezing cold at 10 am at front desk, rooms doesn’t have any coffee machine or coffee at all. Bugs were on the floor, balcony door can’t be locked. No night locks. Safety is less. No heating all night, in-fact thermostat button was broken. Price was fine and view is good these are two good things. According to the price I won’t complain much but basic things were missing so, I won’t be staying back. I did two stays here but if you are just looking to stop for a night and leave right away and price is cheap that time, then it’s ok otherwise no go.

I booked this particular place because on google it showed picture of the room and the view. I picked this place because it also said that it had a restaurant and lounge and breakfast. The room was nice and the restaurant has been closed for a while and the breakfast comes in a bag.

We need a compensation!!!! We booked for 3 rooms with free breakfast.. when we where checking in by 3:30 pm there’s a number to call for the receptionist to come and we waited 30 minutes… the room booked he said was only 2!!! And there’s no breakfast.. he said they removed the free breakfast on the 25th of March! We were not inform!! The room is dirty!! Dusty! Smelly! Microwave is not working! TV is not working!! Blower is not working!!! My husband needs to to dusting.. (lampshade, headboard, tables, counter tops) beddings seems not changed! We can’t sleep! the curtain rods on the other rooms was broken… bed has hairs... no box tissue in all washrooms and it’s dirty too!! . the microwave positioned unsafe! It’s on top of the fridge, unevenly placed! It’s unhealthy rooms for the person with asthma because of dust! I won’t recommend this property!

I was pretty good! They are still renovating so I feel like they can get only better! It was nice and secluded and a steps up there is a campground with tons of wildlife running around. As well the view was stunning!

Hotel was going through some renovations (which is great) but construction debris was left on the ground outside. Even with renovations, room still seemed dated and run down. Amenities listed included a restaurant which is inaccurate.

Would not recommend. To start, we were on a roadtrip from Vancouver to Banff with Radium being our 3rd-night stop. We weren't sure if we were going to make it as there was an unexpected 8 hour road closure on the Hwy due to avalanche management. We called Rocky Mountain Springs Lodge and spoke to the manager to inquire about shuffling our stay to the following night as we were nervous about driving 3hrs on the Hwy in the dark after the road would reopen around 8pm. The manager said he could accommodate this but that he was still going to charge us for our original night PLUS the following night with a discount of $8. He was definitely taking advantage of us in trying to charge us for a night we weren't even going to be using, not the mention he already received payment for the 1 night. We ended up braving the 3hr drive in the dark anyway. Once we got there, the shower wasn't very hot and the water pressure was extremely low. The toilet also didn't flush properly and the room smelled strongly of weed, furthermore the coffee pot looked like it hadn't seen a good cleaning in weeks. The bedding wasn't very warm and the walls were so thin you could easily hear other guests throughout the night. There was a posted sign in our room saying breakfast was from 830-930; this was false advertisment as we looked everywhere for the breakfast room the next morning and couldn't find it. We even asked other people and they didn't know where it was either and there was no reception staff at th

The room that was booked for us was in a building that was under construction . They changed us to radium challette , this room was very unclean , stains on the rug and walls, heater was stuck on all night and the room was 30 degrees , the towel had multiple holes throughout it .when going to try to get our money back we couldn’t because it was booked through expidia. They said they would fix the heater and clean the room , upon our return , the heater was disconnected and the only cleaning did was done taking the garbages and giving different towels, the next day no turn down service , we had to go get clean towels from the lobby area. Not worth the money that was paid , would expect this kind of service from a 50 dollar hotel.

Me and my family stayed in Room 2 for one night. During our check in, the front desk staff wasn't friendly or courteous at all. She just asked for my payment and handed me our room key. There was even no information on what number to call in case of emergency, wifi password and breakfast time. By the time we went to our room, I used their bathroom and I must say, the bathrooms smells/stiky. i also noticed that their towels has stains! the same applies to their pillowcase, good thing we brought with us pillowcases and blankets. Morning came at around 8AM, their front desk was not yet opened so we have no idea where to get our breakfast inclusion. Overall, we had a terrible stay. Their rooms are not even sound proof so we can hear childrens playing on the upper floor. The only thing that I liked in this property is the view. I will never recommed and stay in this property again.

Horrible experience!!!! We went to Radium Hot Springs to relax. But, unfortunately, we booked this place. There were small nails and noodles on the floor, a wet corner near the door to the patio and the floor was dusty and filthy. Countertops were dusty as well as we had to wipe everything just to feel comfortable. We needed to call the reception for pillows, extra blankets as it had hair and stains, and if possible, someone who can at least sweep or vacuum the floor. The receptionist came with a mop with no bucket and used it as broom to remove the pieces of noodles and nails, and wiped the wet area. The man on the phone was telling us that the room was that way because it was newly renovated. The lady in the reception admitted that they don’t have any housekeepers at the moment that’s why the room was dirty and filthy. We asked if they can move us to another room but she said there’s no available room. So we asked for a refund so we can leave and book to another place but she said that there’s no refund.

You get what you pay for - our room had trash still on the floor and hair all over the linens and towels. On our way over to request a refund, our neighbors were carrying bedding from the office due to similar issues, and they were told no refunds were possible. We arrived a bit early just to see where the place was, and noticed several mattresses outside of their rooms being cleaned - had we not pre-paid for the room, we would have been on our way. A large can of lysol spray and several disinfectant wipes later, we pulled off all the linens and brought in a blanket from our car to sleep on. But hey, you get a mountain view - unfortunately, the money we saved booking this place over a different option went towards disinfectant.

The night staff was so rude and corn to get my credit card no while I was standing outside in the cold. He was extremely unprofessional and threatening me with “do you want to check in or not ?” I was with family otherwise I would reply. Moreover, he was stating that “I have your credit card information you can go whenever you want to go”. Finally he allowed me to check in as he already changed. When we came to room, it was so cold as someone left the window open. Water was running so cold. When my wife call to the guy he was saying “we don’t have other room, it is what it is” The room full of dog hair everywhere, you might will see google reviews with pictures on the same property later on.

I would NOT recommend staying at this property. The view was nice, but that was really all we liked about it. To start, I had requested an early checkin and was not told about the $50 fee when I called. When I went to checkin, I was told that there was nothing she could do about it, even though I was never informed of it. When we got to the room, it was freezing, I tried calling a couple times to get this resolved as we were unable to find a thermostat and when they finally called back, I was told to increase the heat using the knob on the baseboard heating. It is an older motel, but not in a cute, quant way, it is more in a dingey way. The tub had stains, the walls had stains, the floors had stains, the mini fridge made so much noise we had to unplug it at night and we could hear the water running in all of the rooms next to us. The parking lot is also very small and there is not enough parking for the amount of rooms they have. Let alone if someone is eating at the restaurant. There was a couple of times we had to park on the street and hope that we wouldn't get a ticket or towed (there was no signage about overflow parking). The worst part, though, was the bed. The mattress was very thin and caved in in the middle. You could feel the springs all night and we both woke up in extreme pain both mornings. Was definitely not the mini vacation we had hoped for.

It was very dated and the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from rooms on either side of you. It was not too expensive and the view from our room was amazing! I saw on our booking that there would be breakfast included but no one told us where it was or at what time so we missed out on that. Overall it was ok.

Horrific! Dirty!
We walked in and immediately walked out, unfortunately they make you pay for the room beofre you see it which makes sense now, because of how dirty it is. The mattress was stained, carpets were all stained, coffee pot looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. We walked in and instantly felt dirty. They attempted to make it better by coming in to clean with one dirty rag and a spray bottle of who knows what, however no amount of cleaning with a spray bottle would have made it clean enough for me to stay. That place needs a serious deep clean and updating, i would never stay there again. The customer service is none existent, if you look at all the bad reviews the management takes no responsibility for anything and just blames the customers. The location was good, but the view was not worth it. We ended up staying at invermere INN which was cheaper, so clean and comfortable, plus they give you a goody bag for your dogs! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The bathroom the toilet the room and the beds were dirty. We payed the room breakfast. Breakfast time 8-10. We went to eat at 9, and run out almost everything for this time. A few families was there and we talked what we eat,.... We called the reception number and the reception man and lady arrived about 20 minutes later and we still didn't get breakfast. When they arrived didn't say hi or good morning, didn't apologize and didn't bring any food. We will never go back. Absolutely negative reviews 😒.
