This vacation home is surrounded by a green plot of 1500 m2 with an exclusive pool. It is located at the beginning of the seaside resort of Marina di Ragusa, on a small promontory with a charming sea view! Very bright living area with large windows overlooking the garden and pool. Pleasant covered terrace equipped to relax with stunning views, sunny terraces on three sides of the villa. Marina di Ragusa is located on the Ibleo coast with extensive beaches characterized by fine golden sand and a crystal clear sea. This pretty resort on the southern coast of Sicily is popular not only for its coastline, but also for its well-equipped marina, its squares and characteristic narrow streets with stores, markets, typical restaurants with specialties of Sicilian cuisine, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, bars, discos and vibrant nightlife. Ideal starting point for visiting the late Baroque cities: within a radius of about 20 km Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli and Comiso; 100 km Catania, Syracuse and Noto. 15 km the airport of Comiso.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own.
