"Overall nice stay. Carpark wasn't too well signed and had to ask for a kettle for the room. Not much variety for breakfast, but nice staff member with short blond hair asked did we want pancakes on the second morning which was nice."

"Our room was lovely with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great, with good variety. Staff were helpful and friendly. Onsite parking was a great bonus."

"The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was great. The location directly next to Trim Castle was really convenient. We would have used the spa if it was open later than 7pm."

"Everything was great, though it was the most expensive place we stayed on our 8-day Ireland excursion. Given downtown Belfast and downtown Dublin were even less expensive, I'd have to say the price/value of this place is a bit off."
A Medieval Bolt-Hole in a Castle.

"Phenomenal stay. Sue and Dave could not have been more accommodating. The property is lovely and close enough to drive to everything. If you get a chance purchase a loaf of sour dough bread from their daughter’s bakery. Bed was very comfortable, water was very hot. Would definitely stay again. Lots of great things to see within a 15-30 minute drive. Thank you for everything!"
