"Very clean, A/C stops sometimes but it was explained in a welcome sheet so it was all good, their soap and shampoos are all from Loccitane. All the stuff people are very nice, too. When I asked for hot water for tea, they sent someone over right away with an electric kettle and some black tea bags ..."
