It was an absolutely beautiful hotel located very close to The Royal Albert Docks and close to all the amenities. It was a family friendly hotel. Definitely recommend.

Excellent location right in the centre of Mathew Street. Rooms can get stuffy as window was unable to be opened and also the air conditioning didn't work. Also can get very loud at night due to the area.

Apartment was in a fantastic spot, close to everything! A lift would have been ideal, as it's quite a walk upif you're at the top apartment! The downstairs bar / kitchen was great, an ideal place to get started, drinks / food was reasonably priced, the apartment was clean & everything worked fine, sofa beds not the comfiest so didnt make a great quality sleep, no complaints for the single beds though, all in all, a great trip had by all, excellent base to get your head down / get ready :)

"Great stay. Free parking was a huge bonus. Our room was clean, spacious and had great wifi. The evening meal in the restaurant was fabulous and the staff left special touches as we were celebrating our anniversary. We would stay again without hesitation!"
