Worst rental experience ever
The place was clean on the surface but dangerously filthy at a deeper glance and snell. They covered up the real odor with a ridiculous amount of air freshener. Mildew and mold were in the bathrooms and kitchen. We had to move our young children and parents out. The adults that remained behind coughed our way through. We sent 10 pictures to. VRBO and after being strung along on 4 calls being told that VRBO was looking for another place, we all packed up to move out. Relatives in a nearby town took the young families but the three adults over 65 were finally told at 9:30pm that VRBO wasn’t going to do anything for us; these were “minor issues”. I’m a regular customer if. VRBO and am heading to another property now that we had already rented but sadly will not continue with them after this extremely disappointing experience.
