"Pousada bem simples, optamos pela hospedagem por ser pet friendly. Algumas áreas comuns precisam ser reformadas urgentemente, estão em condições bem precárias. Pedimos para antecipar o café da manhã, pois eu e meu marido íamos participar de uma prova de corrida bem cedo, assim como pelo menos outros 8 hóspedes e eles não nos atenderam. Disseram que não seria possível. Se tiver algum pedido específico, sugiro recomendar com eles a possibilidade de atender antes de fechar a reserva. "

"My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. "Took more than 15 minutes to check in with no communication, the restaurant buffet was filthy, forks and knives in the clean section with food remains, plates not properly washed, when tried to find a table none of them were clean, restaurant hostess was rude, very unwelcoming experience"

"Overcharging! Unexpected high Fees charged for early check in - 1 hour earlier than regular check in time, zero flexibility changing lunch time for the check out date by check in date so you’re obligated to pay. Overcharge for any other food/snack/drink (even a simple coffee). Room has leak in the toilet which was fixed but the smell of glue was there with us for the whole period. A/c unit did not work- at least it wasn’t a hot day but it could be a problem during summer. Floor was not properly cleaned for the entire property including guest room. Food is far from what you can expect when you pay high nightly charges. I have already paid much cheaper resorts with much better food.l and again, if you want good food you have to pay additional for one of their private restaurants."
