"The experience is easy and beautiful from the beginning, parking, checking in, baggage, and service. The room was clean and beautiful, great climate control, fluffy towels and the best fleece-lined robes are available in the room. The two beds offered both a more firm mattress and one had a softer experience which I love personally. The pillows too, many options of firm or soft. The staff was all super friendly and wonderful including the in-room service staff. My only wish is that the in-room dining - breakfast menu offered the same options as the dining room off the main lobby, however eating there in person was an incredible experience - one you shouldn’t miss. The cafe had fantastic cappuccino and lattes, options for kids, and fresh croissants and pastries. The grand lobby is a wonderful place to sip your coffee or tea in the morning. Would recommend the stay to anyone, will certainly book again! "
"It was a great stay! It was really wonderful to have a dining room table that sat 8, but they also had extra folding chairs just in case as well. The bathrooms are beautiful and the towels were soft. There are beds and bedrooms exactly as listed - two queens in two rooms on the third floor, one queen and two twins in two rooms on the second floor, and a twin cot on the first floor. It’s a good location in terms of proximity to Pittsburgh attractions. The backyard had a super cute fire pit and string lights but unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for us to use it. We did sit outside for morning coffee though! The only two drawbacks were parking and the area. There is no driveway, the only parking is a parking garage across the street, which is up a hill. It was cheap to park, but a (doable) hike (and you can absolutely idle while you drop your things off at the house. The area was a little sketchy at night, but we just got dropped off at the door via uber the nights we went out and we felt safe walking to Starbucks or the local coffee shop with the eight of us women. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely stay again if we went back!"
"Cyndi our host was spectacular! Would not have been as welcoming and lovely without her! She went out of her way to make my stay a great one. She is so humble and conscientious and perfect for her position!
