An elegant apartment with a breathtaking sea view, located in an exclusive residence with tennis courts and a magnificent swimming pool. This accommodation is ideal for families or groups of four who enjoy staying in an exclusive area, spending time outdoors, and enjoying the beauty of the panorama.



Located along the panoramic Aurelia road, the apartment is well-connected and offers easy access to the beauties of the Ligurian Riviera. The centers of Rapallo and Santa Margherita are a short distance away, where you can explore their shops, restaurants, and attractions.

San Michele beach and Portofino Park are also nearby.



The area is also strategic for visiting Genoa and all the other villages of eastern Liguria, such as Portofino, Zoagli, Chiavari, Sestri Levante, and the Cinque Terre.

Aussicht ist genial; Pool war leer und muss zuerst repariert werden, Umgebung Pool muss bearbeitet werden; Kaffeemaschine konnte nicht benutzt werden wegen fehlendem Adapter. Wenn Vermieter vorstehende Pendenzen behebt, ist das Appartement (trotz schmaler Küche) toll. Michels aus der Schweiz
