"I reserved what the website said was a room with two full beds, and the picture showed a room with two beds. When we arrived, I was told the hotel did not have any rooms with two beds, but they did have a sofa fold out bed; that is not what was represented. The floor was not clean, there was no remote for the TV, and the AC unit had a mid of its own. I would not stay there again."

"The staff were friendly, engaging, and always asking if there was anything they could do. The breakfast service was quickly replenished when things got low, and someone always in attendance."

"Nice overall area, the pool and beach areas were nice, but not overwhelmingly so relative to the cost. The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but the overall experience was more like what you'd expect at the Holiday Inn. "
