Not worth the money
The hotel is misnamed as a ‘resort’. It looks and has a tired feel. The linens were scratchy and the bedspreads dated. You have to pay extra for a pool towel. To buy anything at the bar, you have to go to reception to pay. It did not feel like we were in a resort!!

Great Location.
Great location, walkable to the “Stairs of Turkey.” Staff was very pleasant, spoke English and had responsive to requests. Great breakfast and great restaurant on the premises.

We were only there for one night but the hotel is beautiful and the location is amazing. Wonderful views!The staff was professional. Great breakfast!

Four stars is a bit exagerated for this place, the hotel was ok but the wi fi did not work in the room and very badly at reception. Now days, I expect internet to work in the room I am renting. My teenage daughter stayed alone late at night in the reception area with smokers taking a drink so that she could text her boyfdriend and that did not make me feel very comfortable.

Perfect location to visit Scala dei Turchi which is within walking distance. Nice breakfast and swimming pool. Helpful and friendly front desk attendants.

Beautiful hotel close to a very pretty beach
We wanted to visit Agrigento and the temples but staying close to the water was more appealing to us. Scala dei Turchi resort was an excellent choice for us. Our room was very clean, bright, and spacious. It is a very short walk down to a beautiful beach. We were still close enough to visit Agrigento and the temples.

Overnight stay close to Turkish steps.
Great location close to the Turkish steps, not a lot else in area but close to Agrigento. Resort was modern, felt freshly renovated or built, and onsite bar and restaurant were of good quality. Few teething problems with shower and air con but generally fine for overnight stay.

Fab location great room and great service. The hotel is probably one of the best in that region and we ate dinner in their restaurant which was wonderful food and absolutely outstanding service. Would definitely recommend.

The Scala dei Turchi resort is in a great location to walk (5minutes) to the Scala dei Turchi and an easy 10 minute drive to the Valley of the Temples at Agrigento. The room was very clean however we found it very sparse. There was a kitchenette however there was not a single piece of equipment to enable use of it, not even a coffee cup. We were disappointed that we could not even make ourselves a coffee in the room. However we did eat at the restaurant at the hotel both nights and the staff were fantastic, catering to my husbands need for gluten free food. This was also the case for breakfast where they again catered very well to his needs. We really appreciated that a lot. It was a good place to stay for a couple of nights to see the sights in the area.

The beach and the staff are both incredible!!
We really enjoyed our stay here! From other reviews, we thought language would be an issue, but the staff speaks enough to be able to supply wonderful service. The food and service in the restaurant were absolutely superb!

The rooms are immaculate, staff very helpful and nice. Dinner very nice. Beside a very nice beach and short driving distance to the Valley of the Temples. Air conditioning works well. The only minor negative is intermittent wifi. Nice pool also.

Would have been the perfect resort, if the air conditioning unit was in the right place. In a 2 bedroom suite, the AC was ONLY in the living room, forcing us to move the mattresses from the bedroom to the living room floor. Not my idea of a 3 star resort that they want to be. Everything eye was perfect?!

Spent 3 days. The location of the hotel is great and the stuff members were really friendly. They even suggested restaurants for us that were serving extremely delicious food! The room is ok. basic and correct. The car park was really useful since it's really hard to find a spot close by The breakfast was really good (Mediterranean style) so if you like the typical English breakfast then you might be disappointed! I loved my stay there

This new hotel was great! The staff and service were excellent. We did have some difficulty finding the hotel as road signage brought our attention to the beach, which has the same name as the hotel. We appreciated the on-sight bar and restaurant, as there's not much available around the hotel. It was a nice stay.

We stopped at this place instead of staying at Agrigento which was a good choice at the end because we could relax here. The scalla dei turchi is right down at the beach so that was perfect. This place is very new so they are probably still working on things but we were missing some things in the room like a curtain on a window where people could see inside and maybe some kind of shampoo not only the body soap which was there also as a hand soap. Stuff in the little bar was very nice, receptionist didnt really know what she was doing. Overall it was fine. Nice place but need a lot of work to do.

Ottima struttura per soggiornare qualche giorno e godersi la bellezza della scala dei turchi, località che dista pochi minuti a piedi. semplicemente attraversando la strada si può scendere in spiaggia e prendere a noleggio ombrellone e sdraio del lido "Lido scala dei turchi"(Adatto ai bambini) oppure si può prenotare tramite la reception un lido molto bello "lounge Beach" (Meno adatto ai bambini) con possibilità di trasporto incluso con un APE TAXI molto comodo. La struttura è dotata di piscina molto curata adatta anche ai bambini. Abbiamo mangiato a pranzo al ristorante interno alla struttura, ottimi piatti.
