"Good place to overnight"

"Kaiserhof is a very unique, small hotel. It is centrally located in Ried, close to the town square and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff is enormously helpful and goes out of their way to insure your comfort. This was our second time staying there and we would recommend it highly to anyone having business or personal reasons to travel to Ried i. Innkreiss and the surrounding area."

"Het hotel was netjes, ontbijt was prima. De bedden waren matig. Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de kamer. Het bed voor de ouders was prima, de kussens stelde weinig voor. Het bed voor de kinderen was hard en klein. Uiteindelijk heeft onze dochter op de grond geslapen op de dekens. Net zo hard maar dan wel de ruimte. "

"Arrived to a sign in reception saying it is not manned and to ring the bell. Someone came after a short wait and booked me in. I paid extra for breakfast and was told my room was upstairs with key in the door. 2 flights of stairs and the room was clean and tidy. More like an apartment than a bedroom with kitchen and dining table. Nothing to allow you to have a hot drink such as milk or tea/coffee even though there is a fridge and kettle. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "Schneller und einfacher Check-In, alle Infos rechtzeitig vorab bekommen, Haustierfreundlich, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und im sehr guten Zustand. Sehr leckeres Frühstück! Alles unkompliziert, absolut ausreichend für eine Durchreise."

"I can't complain about the room, it was nice overlooking the garden, and the breakfast was excellent. The restaurant was closed though for 3 of the 4 days I was there. Which wasn't great as there aren't really any other places to eat around there. one night I had to order a takeaway in which was quite expensive."
