"Everything about the accommodations were very good. This was a tough trip for personal reasons and when I tried to cancel the last night of my stay which I thought was something I could do the hotel told me I would be charged a penalty which was the cost of a night. So I was disappointed that there was no understanding of the situation I was in. Otherwise the room was very nice the staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was very good. "
