    "My husband and I recently stayed here with our 4 kids and 2 small pups because our son had a basketball tournament in Tomball and North Houston. Our stay went exceptionally well and this was by far the best vacation stay we've had. Communication was very open and responses were quick. The house has everything you need, its basically live in ready. The house was thoroughly clean, smelled clean, has newer appliances, comfortable memory foam mattresses. No problems with hot water. Backyard is an oasis and very relaxing. The landscaping was nice and well maintained. You have access to park inside the garage and you can walk into the house from the garage. This came in handy because it rained during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and looks nice. There were board games, cards and books available. We had no problems with the wifi, even when we streamed on multiple Devices. House was cool but you have access to the thermostat and it works as intended. So we were quiet comfortable. There is a pet fee, however its very reasonable, ask if you don't see it. Their pictures are exactly what you will be staying in. I would definitely recommend this vacation stay and would stay here again with no questions asked. "
