Regent's Park Holidays

Now I blame myself I’ve fallen in to the same trap before - there’s me thinking I’ve bag a bargain, looking at the pictures of the rooms a public areas the whole hotel looked stunning. All I can think is that they took the photo in the Hilton or Dorchester on Park Lane. Never be taken in by the photo I was stuck in a basement bedroom the size of a shoe box that hadn’t seen a paint brush in 10 years. To say I was disappointed is an understatement - I didn’t complain at the time as I presumed that they were full as they would not have put me in the basement if a better room was available. Don’t book it move on just try to remember reasonably price hotel rooms do not exist in London

One of the nicest if not the best hotel we stayed in.. Highly recommended !

Room was tiny, musty, had a sewage smell, and noisy at 2am.

My daughter and I stayed here for 7 days. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It seemed we were central to everything, as we used buses, the underground and the trains, with all our journeys starting at the Victoria Station only 1/2 block away. There were a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance, and a few theatres if you want to see a show. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The variety of the food was very good and everything was fresh. The hotel is very clean and I love that our room did not have any carpet. The soundproofing is pretty good. My only suggestion is if the hotel could offer a couple of washing machines and dryers for guests to catch up on laundry. But that's not really a "con", just a nice have they may consider. The hotel does offer laundry services but sometimes I just prefer to do my own. Otherwise, great staff and great hotel!

All the staff in this hotel were all super super friendly and helpful. From reception, to bar staff to waiting staff at breakfast. We noticed it and it made a different to our stay :)
