THINGS TO KNOW:The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. his condo rents from Saturday-Saturday, and a four-night minimum is required during the off-season/shoulder season. No pets and no smoking. Linens are not included. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. This condo is located on the third floor with no elevator.
