"Great check in experience, I assumed it would be open and whilst on route had a message to say it would be open. Wasn’t find, well signposted. Perfect size for myself and two kids, bedrooms downstairs which made for ease when bringing bags in and out. Had a wet day at the beach and the wood burner was very welcome to come home to!Only downside was the working farm making an early alarm call, but made up for it in the very reasonably priced accommodation in a beautiful part of the county. Designated dog walking area with bin too."

"We did have a problem with ants in tbe downstairs of the house a few days before the end of our stay. We reported this to the owner & reception who said they would be in touch with maintenance. We never heard from them or saw anyone regarding this. The owner did reply promptly & contacted reception but nothing happened. We just had to put up with it & leave the problem with the owner. Also there was no shop on the site for basic needs. The camp site had a shop with limited products. The outdoor pool is not heated & was very cold. Everything else was fine."

"Overall, we had a good stay and the property was a great base for exploring the area.The property could do with a little TLC in places, and the standard of cleaning could be improved, as there were quite a few cobwebs with dead flys spiders and dust. grubby in areas. Could do with a good thorough clean. One issue we experienced was the number of flies, particularly at meal times. There is a horse stable directly behind the property, so whenever the windows or doors were open, flies quickly became a problem. We ended up buying fly sticky catches. So could do with a uv electric zapper.Despite these points, we enjoyed our stay and found it to be a convenient base for our stay."

"The property itself was lovely, really clean and lots of space The location was in the hub of a village and it really didn’t seem like that when advertised. I think the way it is advertised needs to be re looked at as we had complaints from 2 different neighbours on the first night. The courtyard backed onto a row of houses and is attached to a family of 4 cottage. It is really misleading and location wise is not suitable for a big group at all."

"We had a wonderful stay.The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed.The only problem we had was the size of the bunk beds. My 14 year old is tall and it’s not a full size bed so she couldnt stretch out as there are walls at each end. Would be suitable for ages 11and under.Other than that…a great place to stay"
