"Food was nice and good value. Accomodation was quiet, warm and cosy, well laid out. Flow rider was good, swimming pool could do with a clean as it was a bit green around the edges. Overall really nice and would stay again."

"What a gem of a property! We felt ourselves relaxing on arrival. The historic cottage has character and beautiful surroundings, while being modern, well-equipped and immaculately clean. Our kids loved petting and feeding farm animals, and we loved waking up to song birds and relaxing by the indoor wood-burning fireplace on chilly evenings. The owners are lovely, helpful and so knowledgeable about the area. Thank you for a truly unforgettable Cornwall stay!"

"We stayed for short break at Christmas. Everything we needed, the kitchen was well perfect, and felt so homely. Lovely touches, mince pies left, stock of wood for fire, waste bags, salt pepper, milk... Just the little things. Truly happy, and now relaxed after lovely break. Only thing , we didn't want it to end... Thanks again "

"Property was perfect size for us in a great location, indoor pool was okay but maybe a little bit full when we were there, shops a 2 minute drive away, decent pub although only open Thursday to Sunday when we stayed, didn't try any of the food in the pub. The only downside for us was towels and general toiletries not supplied, we knew this when we booked but would be a great addition."

"We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room with no facilities the cost was far too high for what we got as a package Because the hotel was pretty empty of guests it made the 2 nights feel like a horror movie"
