Amory House is a beautifully presented and welcoming holiday home in the centre of Southwold. With its flexible arrangement of rooms it is ideal for family and friends to enjoy a holiday together in this delightfully old fashioned seaside town which has been seen in many films and dramas.
Size:    Sleeps up to 10, 5 bedrooms. Nearest beach:   5 minute walk. Nearest amenities:   Within a 100yds. Pets:   No pets allowed. Smoking:   No smoking at this property. Rooms:   5 bedrooms (2 with en suite), shower room, family bathroom, cloakroom, drawing room, sitting room, farmhouse kitchen, walk-in larder, hallway. Beds:   2 double beds, 1 four poster bed, 4 single beds. General: Woodburner, central heating, TV, DVD player and games      Utilities:   Double oven, 2 door AGA, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Standard:   Kettle, toaster. Other:   Bed linen and towels provided (not beach towels), travel cot (not cot linen),  Outdoors:   Large private rear garden with lawns and mature shrubs, paved terrace with garden furniture, barbecue.
