A beautifully refurbished period Southwold home with 4 beds set out over 3 bedrooms; 2 king bedrooms and a third bedroom with 2 doubles. Just a 4 minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants close by. Enjoy views of St Edmund’s Church from the shared courtyard, illuminated by flowers in spring and summer. Fully equipped kitchen, including coffee machine, washer dryer, dishwasher and cooking appliances, perfect for a relaxed and memorable family coastal break.

Nestled in the heart of Southwold, this beautifully restored period cottage blends coastal charm with modern comfort. With three stylish bedrooms sleeping up to eight guests, including two king-size rooms and a unique sage green room with two doubles, it’s the perfect retreat for families or groups. Inside, you`ll find original floorboards, a spacious lounge with a smart TV, a cosy snug with ambient lighting, and a bright, fully equipped kitchen with everything from a dishwasher to a coffee machine. The property also features two elegant bathrooms, including a luxurious master en-suite, making it a truly special stay just moments from the seafront and high street.

By evening, the street transforms into a peaceful haven, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquillity. It’s part of a welcoming, tight-knit neighbourhood that feels both safe and quietly sophisticated.

The property is surrounded by a collection of nearby free parking. Towards the Adnams Brewery, you`ll find a selection of 24/7 free parking. Towards the Church and Bartholomew green parking is free Monday to Saturday 8AM to 6PM, so it`s ideal for the evening and free on Sundays. If it`s particularly busy there is more free parking across the town towards the the common and pier. We always provide an in depth breakdown of where to find parking and on hand for any questions.
