The check in went well except the man, Mike, was not friendly. He was to show us to our parking place 25E, and was brusk. In the morning, we left at 8 am on Sunday and the main door to the building was locked. I messed with it out in the cold and finally called. He seemed perturbed that he would have to get out of bed but did come quickly. Then he insisted on me watching him unlock this very old and heavy door in order to show me how inept he felt I was.
