"The cabin was clean, cosy and well provisioned. The location in a small wooded area surrounded by fields, with the river Derwent flowing by was glorious. We went for early morning woodland walks followed by wild swimming in the river which flowed extremely close by - idylic. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding location. We loved our stay and hope to return"

"4 spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms made it a perfect place to spread out. As a mom, i loved having a washer and dryer available. My girls loved having a small private yard to run around in. We sent one message about the TV/Netflix to the owner and never heard back, but other than that everything was wonderful."

"What an amazing location to stay in the Speyside area and in Dufftown. My expectations were well exceeded by the fit out and finish of the property, the size and space and practical appointments for this accommodation. A modern bathroom complimented the more traditional cottage feel and there was also a washing machine that was very timely at this stage of my holiday. "The bothy is full of character, well designed and had more facilities than thought. We had our dog, walked around the beautiful estate. Played in the stunning walled garden.
