"There was a medium size cockroach inside the bathing tub and it was very stubborn to get rid of it. The front office lady blabbered something in her own accent was very hard to follow. Parking was a nightmare. You should know some gymnastics and know how to come out of the car after you parked in the tight spot. It's highly possible your car will get stuck and damaged. Good thing is it's nearer to the airport and restaurants. "

"This was a nice, clean, comfortable condo in an older building with an exceptional view of the ocean, lagoon, and tropical plants! Everyone, guests, residents, the handyman, were so friendly and helpful. The host was quick to respond when we had trouble opening the lockbox for our keys. There is some noise from the park next door and the busy street, but it was not too bad. We liked the assigned parking spot. There was no a/c, but with fans and windows open, there was a nice cross breeze. The condo had everything we needed, a nice covered balcony, NO bugs, and a comfortable, yet firm bed. The bathroom is small, but fine. The second bedroom was nice to have to put our luggage and things in there. We didn't use the pool, but walked to the beach next door. We would definitely recommend and return!!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and the host was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We've stayed at a few of these condo units and this one was exceptional as it faced the ocean and not the street (OUCH!) Well appointed, great soaps (you know we're not picky, just appreciative) paper plates in case you just don't want to clean and still plenty of kitchen equipment for me to make a decent meal!"

"Spot check cleaning on window sill (insect carcasses) and dusty bedside lampshades. One of our friends was badly bitte on the main sofa while watching tv. Laundry machine dials need good a wipedown. Would have liked more coffee on hand, but we bought Kcups at the store. Otherwise, great rooms and decor! Mahalo for your convenient property to enjoy Merrie Monarch :)"

"Perfect for our larger group of four families. Location across from the beach is ideal. We enjoyed coffee on the large deck in the mornings while the kids went across the street to snorkel. The host was always available to answer any questions immediately. Highly recommend this location and host!"

"This property was in a beautiful location. Assigned parking was wonderful. There was a little confusion on what the Apt. Number was but the manager cleared that up. It was a little dated in the furnishings but everything was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The snorkeling equipment was appreciated. Thank you for sharing with me."

"Cleanliness was great, we completely understood and appreciated the tiny quirks that come with condo living directly on the ocean.The views from the lanai and master bedroom are both incredible it was nice to see the expansive visual the condo lanai positioning offered including the ocean side over to the opposite side of the street creating a beautiful watch point for the park, ocean and entire area we spent most our time out on the nicely covered patio just enjoying the sites and sounds loving it!Our host Damir was great always responding to anything we needed quickly and professionally.The pool water was clean and refreshing, we took a dip but spent most our time in the park, snorkeling, sunning, our absolute favorite were the local area turtles these are some of our best pictures and memories, we viewed them regularly."
