"A very well maintained hotel for the price"

"This is my second stay at this property. At a glance, the room is clean. Each stay, I have noticed hair in the shower, on the walls and the floor, as well as pink mold in the corners of the shower. The bathroom vanity isn’t clean either. Of the four nights on the property, my room was not touched twice. The first time, I chocked up to an oversight but mentioned it the next morning at the front desk, only to get back to the room the second evening to an uncleared room, full trash vans, and no clean towels. Twice is not acceptable. I will be returning to Cleveland next month. Not sure I’ll be staying here again. "

"Clean room"

"Everything was closed or not working. A waste of time and money. No pool, hot tub and breakfast was nasty. The bed sheets were not so clean and floor mat in bathroom was dirty. Tv didn't work and we were locked out our room ."

"Friendly staff, nice breakfast. However, the breakfast isn't buffet style."

"Shower floor had been painted and was little rough feeling. Overall it was a nice pleasant stay. Could use better coffee options for guest. "

"Battery in my room door needed replaced. Staff were pleasant and helpful. When I couldn't find anyone at front desk I quickly learned to look just outside for smokers. Heavy rains needed cleaned up in public areas. Routine maintenance must be overlooked. "

"There was no breakfast bar. But the restaurant served breakfast. It was very good but, a little costly."
