"We called ahead about guest laundry facilities. We were assured of the guest laundry on the second floor. When we were about to put detergent in the receptacle, there was another cleaning agent in the receptacle. We couldn't tell whether or not the washing machine worked properly. The front desk did not know if anyone reported a problem. We went back to see if we could remove the fluid and wash out the "drawer." When we pulled it out, there was mildew. We collected our laundry and detergent and found another laundry facility. Everything turned out okay. A minor inconvenience. Everything else was fine. The room was clean and comfortable."
