"The check in person at the front desk is racist and I am a black female. He checked in a white couple in front of me, greeted them and told them about the fee for incidents, and the man asked how much the fee was. The check in person told them a different fee than when it was my turn, I was not greeted and was charged the whole fee and an additional fee, both I will be contesting with my bank.
We also took pictures of the room before we left to prove the room was left decent."
"Room was run down. Lock for door was hanging off the wall. Holes all in the bathroom walls. Smelled like smoke even tho it was a non smoking room. Blanket had cigarette burn holes in it. Pool was closed and covered and it was mid June. Looks like it hasn’t been open in a while. Was advertised with pool but definitely not open and working. Didn’t bother with breakfast. Was kinda sketchy"
"Me and my sister stayed and no one at desk half the time . We had a half roll of toilet paper and was told to “catch “ housekeeping to get more . We had 2 hand towels and was told they were out of towels and had no Kleenex. My sisters blanket had dried white crusty spots on it and was told no extra blankets. Dimly lit halls . Had rented the whole downstairs to the “compound” who had a party and propped open outside doors with rocks . No one used key cards just all kinds coming and going . Set up...
