"We were dead tired from a 12 hour drive, but from what I recall it was a very nice hotel. Greeted by friendly staff and quick check-in. The room was very nice and spacious. AC worked well, not too loud. Breakfast was decent, nice selection. We would definitely stay here again. "

"saved in room 320. I am new to the area out of town and was attending a funeral. If i was not cash strapped; i woukd have left immediately. I am totally upset with the my room. The best thing about place is the breakfast buffet, parking, and staff. . The 320 room stinks, musty, fishy smell, there was a roach and bigs flying in the bathroom. rust on the heating cooling unit, rust at the base of the lamp that does not work, rust on the light fixtures . Water spots on the ceilings and in the bathroom ceilings . Mold on the corners of the tub . The hallways have a very strong musty, damp, fishy smell. It actually made me choke and nausea. . The drawer between the beds doesnt close. Someone had wrapped the telephone cord around the drawer handle to keep the drawer close. I can provided photos if you want them. I am requesting a refund. I will NEVER stay at a Quality Inn EVER again!!"

"The kitchen had nothing there to cook. Air conditioner was fine. They closed the window at desk at 6p so if you needed anything you were out of luck. "

"Look... was the property uninhabitable? No, it did the very bare minimum as serving as a hotel room. The rust on the fixtures, the torn furniture, the cigarette burns in the covers, cobwebs just added up to a terrible experience despite the increible staff. I only booked this property because it had a 4 star review on Google and an 8 on Expedia. I wouldnt be nearly upset if I walked in knowing what I was getting for the price. Ive stayed in plenty of hotels in the past. I wasnt expecting much to start with but, this place didnt meet the expectations. Giving the 2 star instead of a 1 because the staff were really good."

"We were in town visiting our son who lives in Jax. This house offered enough space for my wife, mother in law, and two of my son's friends. The host's communication prior to arrival was reassuring. The open concept living room and kitchen area was great. One unexpected touch was the guide with instructions on the TV & soundbar & suggestions on nearby restaurants and attractions. The home is near two Walmart's for any essentials left at home (although complementary toothbrushes, lotion, body wash, etc. was provided) and has easy access to the beltway. The master bedroom and bath are nicely done. The outside sitting area is also a nice touch. This one is definitely on our short list moving forward!"
