Recently renovated apartment with beautiful and large terrace overlooking the sea on the top floor of a villa on 2 floors surrounded by greenery 5 minutes walk from the beach of Nisportino.
The apartment has a completely new, fresh and unique decor that makes the house a relaxing and welcoming place to spend your holidays.
It consists of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom (both with French doors which lead directly to the terrace), a bedroom with 2 single beds (can be joined into a double bed on request) and a large bathroom with shower and window.
The large private terrace is where you will spend most of your time, eating outdoors and enjoying the wonderful view of the sea and sunsets with the background of the Island of Capraia.

Am Anfang für Interessenten - Vermieter Umberto und Marzia sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon vor der Anreise von Umberto alle wichtigen Informationen über einkaufen und Anfahrt erhalten. Super nette Begrüßung durch Umberto. Bei jeder Begegnung immer ein freundliches Blick und freundliches Wort übrig. Wohnung groß, nicht abgewohnt, mit super Terrasse die von früh bis spät zur Entspannung einlädt. Super Ausblick. Objekt sehr sauber und anliegende Wohnungen auf dem Anwesen sehr schön anzusehen. Wir haben Ruhe gebraucht und waren hier genau richtig. Strand super, eher klein, dafür familiär. Unkomplizierte Autofahrt abends in die anderen Hafenstädte um zu entspannenden und zu essen. Wir fahren wieder auch Elba nach Nisportino. Birgit und Thomas

Traumhafte Aussicht
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa Lida sehr genossen. Nach einer Woche Kultur-Trip in Florenz und Siena haben wir uns über die Ruhe in Nisportino gefreut und jede freie Minute auf der sensationellen Terrasse mit Meerblick verbracht. Umberto ist ein aufmerksamer und herzlicher Gastgeber - es hat an nichts gefehlt. Dies war unser erster Aufenthalt auf Elba - daher freuen wir uns besonders über den Volltreffer bei der Unterkunfts-Wahl.

Wer sich die Bilder des Inserats anschaut, wird sicherlich schon begeistert sein und große Erwartungen haben. Diese werden keinesfalls enttäuscht. Im Gegenteil: die Terrasse bzw. der Blick auf Tal, Bucht und Meer übertrifft alle Erwartungen und wenn dann noch die Sonne untergeht, wird man die Terrasse nie mehr verlassen wollen. Umberto ist als Vermieter vorab und vor Ort sehr zuvorkommend und offen für alles. Uns hat er kurzfristig z.B. noch eine weitere Wohnung direkt gegenüber organisiert, so dass wir in erweiterter Runde unsere Urlaubstage an diesem schönen Ort verbringen konnten. Toll! Wer Erholung und Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wer mit Hütchen, Schühchen, Täschchen promenieren möchte ist nicht ganz so gut aufgehoben, denn der Weg in dieses Kleinod will erfahren sein. Für uns der ideale Ort, um abzuschalten, nachdem wir eine Woche vorher Toskana und Rom besichtigt hatten. Ein Ort zum Verlieben und zum Verweilen! Auf der Terrasse und mit diesem Blick wird das Leben ganz leicht.

Einfach nur Wow!
Top Lage, extrem nette, sympathische und hilfsbereite Vermieter - Umberto sprich zwar nur Italienisch aber seine Frau versteht vieles. Er zeigte viel Humor und Geduld mit mir und meiner Übersetzungs-App :-)!!! Die Aussicht und Ruhe sind einzigartig, sie Wohnung ist modern, schön und die Ausstattung passt. Wir waren als Familie dort und würden sofort wieder buchen! Danke Euch beiden!

Fewo mit Traumaussicht
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine supertolle Terrasse mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Was zu beachten ist, dass es in Nisportino keinen Laden gibt und der Ort sehr abgelegen ist. Um zum nächsten größeren Ort zu gelangen oder zu einem Sandstrand muss man auf kleinen, bergigen Sträßchen relativ lange fahren (nach Rio Marina ca. 20-25 Minuten. Wer Ruhe sucht und die Fahrerei nicht scheut, der ist aber hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung liegt oben am Berg, man kann zum Strand runterlaufen (ca. 5-10 Minuten Gehzeit). Der Strand ist in Ordnung (Kies/Sand-Gemisch), wobei es schönere Strände auf Elba gibt - dafür ist hier nicht viel los. Toll zum Sitzen am Abend und superlecker ist das Restaurant am Strand.

wunderschöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in herrlicher Umgebung.
die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und hat eine großartige Terrasse, von der aus man einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer hat. Umberto und seine Frau sind sehr nette,freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, es ist eine sehr angenehme Nachbarschaft. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht findet sie hier.
