A great view if you get a balcony in the lake room. FYI: the kitchen is NOT included. There is a door to the kitchen which is locked. There is a fee to access the kitchen. The breakfast at the lobby was excellent! And still a great view of the lake...

Very dated property in need of upgrades. Bed was very hard. Breakfast was not so good. Breakfast workers cared more of getting your room number then serving food. Amazing view.

My family of 5 stayed at Bellavista in a lake-view suite and absolutely loved it. The hotel was clean, the views were extraordinary, and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was central to restaurants, shops, parks, and the ferry, and the beach was just a short, scenic walk away. The suite had a double bed in a bedroom, and a pull out bed and pull out bunk bed in the main area. One small issue was that the upper bunk did not have any type of side rail, so we pulled the mattress to the floor, which really wasn’t a problem. One thing to note is that when you use hotel parking, you can only pull into and out of the parking garage once, so you can’t take the car for day trips. It didn’t matter to us, but I can imagine some might want to take drives around the area.

Kindness of others always warms the heart.

We drove around in circles for 2 hours looking for the hotel. GPS Kept saying that we had arrived. We had. The hotel was only 100 metres away, but no road access. A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? Tourist information booth where we had stopped didn't know this. It would have been nice to know this in advance. The location and hotel where perfec. Not our first time Riva del Garda. We will be back.

Our stay in the Bellavista was the highlight of our Italian trip. The hotel was lovely, the view was stunning, the breakfast was outstanding, the spa was heavenly, the restaurant was fantastic - we ate there every night & got 10% off our meals. I couldn’t recommend the hotel more. I can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Beautiful interior and exterior. Loved the pink colours. Very cute rooms and the breakfast was probably the best we have ever had! We had a wonderful stay.

Sehr sauber und tolle zimmer, Frühstück war sehr gut und ebenso die Auswahl. Personal freundlich und aufmerksam, bekamen glutenfreie Produkte für meine Tochter ohne etwas zu sagen weil sie sahen dass wir glutenfreie Backwaren mitgebracht haben. Die Anfahrt etwas kompliziert da dort jedes hotel in einer Fußgängerzone ist aber es ist machbar.
