"My family and I stayed at this home from February 5th–February 13th, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish.The home was absolutely stunning, immaculately clean, very spacious, and it accommodated our family of four perfectly. The layout was ideal with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, nearly every bedroom having its own bathroom, spacious closets, and a huge laundry room, which was wonderful to have during our stay.The main living area (open layout between the living room and kitchen) was beyond spacious with great lighting and large windows that let in beautiful natural Vegas sunlight. The home was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything needed for day-to-day living.The backyard was a standout!! From the basketball area, pool and hot tub, outdoor patio and grilling space, and a large tiki hut where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. The view of the Las Vegas Strip at night was especially stunning.The central location made everything very convenient. From shopping, the Strip, gas stations, and even quick and easy DoorDash deliveries.Vlad, our host, was absolutely wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He truly made the experience seamless and enjoyable.I would highly recommend this Vrbo and Vlad to anyone visiting the Henderson/Las Vegas area. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"This property is awesome. The proximity to the Grand Canton West Rim and all that Las Vegas offers was the best. Too cold to use the pool although it looked amazing. If you are a cook, the kitchen is perfect. Only 20 minutes from the strip. We will be back!"

"Beautiful brand new home perfect for entertaining. Perfect for my wife’s 50th birthday. And the back yard with amazing hot tub and pool with pickle ball as well. Then you get a full view of the Vegas strip at night. Master bedroom is huge with duel vanity, closets, and bathrooms. We are coming back for sure. Plus. "This was a comfortable home with excellent cooking facilities/equipment. We LOVED the firepit and grill. And we had the giant television in LR on most of the time enjoyiing Christmas music and classic Christmas movies....great fun. Pets were comfortable and the totally enclosed yard was wonderful for them. What a pity it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor dining, pool, etc. - its a great set up. I'd love for us to return in warmer weather to enjoy different things! Property manager was VERY responsive, even helped us recover a forgotten instant read thermometer after check out. Thank you from all of us. "
