I went to bed freezing and had a horrible night, i didn't complain while there so don't know if they would be able to fix the problem or not. "The room was very clean and bright. We had a good night's sleep. The breakfast and dinner were good quality - choice of cakes, croissants, cold cuts, cheese and bread for breakfast. Lovely coffee machine! Drinks are not included at dinner- even had to pay for water. Nice quiet area and there are a couple of parking spaces in front of the hotel. "
