I went to bed freezing and had a horrible night, i didn't complain while there so don't know if they would be able to fix the problem or not. "Love this hotel for its proximity to the train station, shopping and the beach. Second time here and in the newer wing. Room came with south facing balcony, great bed and great shower. Surprisingly quiet given that it’s right across the street from the train station. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay again!"

"The room was very clean and bright. We had a good night's sleep. The breakfast and dinner were good quality - choice of cakes, croissants, cold cuts, cheese and bread for breakfast. Lovely coffee machine! Drinks are not included at dinner- even had to pay for water. Nice quiet area and there are a couple of parking spaces in front of the hotel. "
